Shure has worked hard to offer audiophiles and DJs an alternative to the famous Shure M44G and N44G cartridges and diamonds, legends in the history of hip-hop and scratch music. On this Omnia J44D DJ, JICO has integrated a J44D moving magnet cartridge, offering performance equivalent to the Shure M44G cartridges of the time, with that characteristically smooth, full and balanced sound.
The N44G DJ stylus, with its Type S tubular aluminium alloy cantilever precision-machined to match Shure cantilevers as closely as possible, combined with an integral (bare) diamond, offers excellent guidance in the vinyl groove and increased resistance to playback skips, while giving you the benefit of high-definition audio quality.
