DYNAUDIO Core Sub Compact
The Core Sub Compact, along with the Core 5, represents an evolution of the successful Core monitor series. They are designed to meet the demands of today's modern production environments: compact or medium-sized studios, broadcast vans that still demand the precision of high-quality reference sound. The new models have been created to seamlessly integrate with other Core range speakers: they use the same reliable and proven components, the same exceptional speaker technology, as well as the same digital signal processors and amplifiers (Class D).
Compact Size with High Precision
The Core Sub Compact is designed for the most confined production spaces, offering precise and consistent performance at high sound pressure levels (SPL) and reaching down to 16 Hz!
Phase Opposing Hybrid Bass Drivers
Dynaudio's ingenious MSP Hybrid Drive dual opposing assemblies utilize a sandwich construction of MSP (Magnesium Silicate Polymer), aluminum, and paper to maintain rigidity and eliminate resonances. The Core Sub Compact employs two 9-inch (23cm) phase opposing woofers - effectively canceling vibrations inside the speaker enclosure structure, ensuring outstanding performance with minimal distortion... even at high sound pressure levels (SPL).

The Core Sub Compact is equipped with a reference-quality amplifier specially manufactured for Dynaudio by our friends at Pascal in Copenhagen, Denmark.
