Die elektroakustische GIBSON Custom Shop Modern Collection Hummingbird Custom (CSSSHCEB ) ist eine luxuriöse und unwiderstehliche Neuinterpretation der traditionellen Hummingbird. Sie besteht aus erstklassigen Hölzern ( Sitka Fichtendecke, Mahagoni Boden/Zargen, Ebenholzgriffbrett) und ist eine elektroakustische Westerngitarre. Ihre Verzierung ist von der Les Paul Custom inspiriert.
Außerdem ist sie mit einem L.R. Baggs Session VTC-System (Lautstärke- und Klangregler im Schallloch) ausgestattet, um die Aufnahme auf der Bühne oder im Studio zu erleichtern.
