Epiphone IBG J-45 Studio EC - natural

The EPIPHONE Inspired by Gibson J-45 Studio EC (EAS4CANNH1) is part of the Epiphone Studio Acoustic Collection. These guitars have been completely reimagined to offer the most authentic and affordable acoustic guitars inspired by iconic Gibson designs. The J-45 Studio offers a blend of classic design and modern functionality and was designed to appeal equally to beginners and seasoned players alike.
Based on the classic Gibson J-45 “The Workhorse,” the J-45 Studio has a sloped shoulder body and 24.75” scale length, just like the Gibson model that inspired it. The J-45 Studio delivers a warm, rich tone with exceptional clarity, making it ideal for a wide range of musical styles. The J-45 Studio has a layered mahogany body with four-ply ivory and black binding on the top, single-ply ivory binding on the back, and a solid spruce top for a responsive, balanced tone with excellent dynamic range that will sound even better as it ages. The mahogany neck is joined to the body with a glued-in tapered dovetail neck-to-body joint and features a Rounded C profile that ensures comfortable playability. The neck is topped with a rosewood fretboard equipped with 20 standard frets and dressed up with simple pearloid dot inlays. The other ends of the strings are routed over a compensated plastic saddle and are anchored to the belly-up rosewood bridge with ivory-colored bridge pins. We also included other details that give the J-45 Studio even more vintage-style visual appeal, including a teardrop-shaped dark tortoise shell-colored pickguard, three-on-a-plate tuners with ivory-colored plastic buttons, and a 60s Kalamazoo-style headstock with the Epiphone logo proudly displayed in gold silkscreen. The J-45 Studio comes with Fishman electronics, including an S-Core under-saddle pickup and Fishman Presys VT preamp with soundhole-mounted volume and tone controls that are fast and easy to access for the player while remaining nearly invisible to the audience. The Epiphone J-45 Studio has a gloss finish and is offered in two vintage-inspired colors—Natural and Vintage Sunburst. Both right and left-handed versions are available. A standard gig bag is also included.

A battery is not included. To power your pickup, you will need a 9-volt battery.
