Esi audio U86 XT

The U86 XT is a USB audio interface offered by the ESI Audio brand.

U86 XT is a versatile Hi-Speed ??USB 2.0 audio interface for Mac and PC, taking USB audio technology to a new level by delivering better performance for better results.

This interface offers a total of 8 input channels and 6 output channels which are all available for simultaneous use. The 24-bit/96kHz solution not only provides balanced 1/4" TRS line connectors, but also includes 2 built-in mic preamps with XLR inputs on the front of the unit with switchable +48V phantom power, 2 instrument inputs Hi-Z for electric guitars as well as S/PDIF coaxial digital input and outputs. There is also a built-in professional headphone amplifier with output on the front, alongside an integrated monitoring mixer. Synthesizers and sound modules can be connected via the MIDI inputs and outputs on the rear of the device.
