The JACKSON JS Series Surfcaster JS22 HT (2912821576) solid body electric guitar delivers unbelievable value by blending vintage appeal with thoroughly modern appointments for the ultimate modern metal machine - all at an entry level price.
The sleek offset poplar body and bolt-on maple neck provide a rock-solid foundation, while the 12”-16” compound radius bound amaranth fingerboard allows for easy chording and fret-out free soloing. 22 jumbo frets and Jackson’s meticulously carved neck heel instead of a neck plate to provide unfettered access to the highest registers.
The fingerboard is made of Purpleheart. It's a dense tonewood recalling brazilian Rosewoods.
