The Launchkey 88 is our fully integrated full-size MIDI keyboard for producing songs in Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Cubase and more. It's designed to give you everything you need to create and play your music.
Ideal for expressive performance, our high-end semi-weighted keyboard stands out from the rest of the Launchkey range. It's optimised for responsiveness and excellent feel. Designed for musicians, the Launchkey 88 is made to capture every detail.
Get the most out of your favourite DAW with advanced, software-specific integration. You'll have optimal control of all key production and performance functions in Ableton Live, Logic and Cubase, as well as essential mixing, transport and navigation controls for all other major DAWs, including Studio One, Pro Tools and Reaper, via HUI.
With 88 premium semi-weighted keys and the creative tools Launchkey is known for, you can compose without limits. Transform your sound with creative features such as Scale and Chord modes and a powerful arpeggiator. Custom modes and five-pin MIDI output turn the Launchkey 88 into the centerpiece of any musician's setup, whether on stage or in the studio. Combine modes to take your music in new directions, discover ideas effortlessly and stay inspired.

Quantize the keys according to a selected scale, to always stay in key.
Choose from 8 included scale types.
Combines with Scale Chords mode to help the user explore new musical ideas.
Chords
3 chord modes in total.
1 key triggered chord mode.
Fixed chord mode: Choose the chord notes and then play that chord from any key as the root note. Keep these chords in key by combining them with Scale mode.
2 pad-triggered chord modes to allow simultaneous playing with the keys. Transmitted on a separate MIDI channel from the keyboard to control multiple instruments at once.
Scale chord mode: generates a palette of chords based on the selected scale, including triads, 7ths, 9ths and 6/9ths.
User chord mode: allows the user to create a bank of 16 custom chords.
Arpeggiator
Up, down, up/down, played, random, chord and mutate modes.
Strum mode to trigger the arpeggiator with the modulation wheel.
Set the rate to 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32 and all associated triplets.
Set the octave range to 1, 2, 3 or 4.
Control the degree of mutation to increase the melodic complexity of the arpeggio.
Control rate, octave, scale, swing, rhythm and gate.
Use random rhythms or Deviate to scan 128 different arpeggio rhythms.
Custom MIDI Mapping
Create custom modes for MIDI control using Novation Components.
Select custom colours for the pads.
Register 4 custom modes for pots, pads and faders.
Mix and match custom modes for each control zone.
